Digital Design Agency Announces Investment in Burgeoning Arts and Start Up Section of Downtown Lancaster, Ca. 

 Company presence to broker relationships among local businesses, foster creativity in the growing art district and promote future development

Los Angeles, Ca. (October 30, 2013)Creativity Ainta Side Hustle (CASH), a Southern California-based hip, digital creative agency exclusively serving creatives and entrepreneurs, recently announced its investment in the burgeoning art and start-up section of newly rebuilt downtown Lancaster, Ca. known as The BLVD.

To kick-off its investment, CASH will host an open house event on Thursday, Nov. 7 from 6:45 p.m.-8 p.m. at its brand new headquarters located at 722 West Lancaster Boulevard, Lancaster, Ca. The event will honor women owned businesses, hosting a quorum of female entrepreneurs, city officials and community leaders. Guests will be encouraged to network and connect.  In addition, CASH’s Founder and Creative Director, Krishna Darlene, will escort attendees on a tour of the businesses located on The BLVD. For our opening, we decided to also create an opportunity for people to connect. It is imperative that we patronize each others businesses and that entrepreneurs have a connected support group of peers that are willing to assist in each other’s success and growth.”

Just four years ago, The City of Lancaster pumped millions of dollars into the massive revitalization of downtown Lancaster with the help of architectural firm Moule & Polyzoides and developer, InSite Development. Completed in just eight months, the project has made the area a flourishing cultural epicenter. InSite Development alone has invested nearly $100 million micro-financing 12 local businesses, creating a downtown destination through the acquisition/rehabilitation of commercial space, and the ongoing development of architecturally significant housing, featuring the Arbor ‘Artist’ Lofts, Arbor Gardens, and the Sagebrush Apartments along The BLVD. Just after the completion of the revitalization; the city built the Lancaster Museum of Art and History through a partnership with the Public Arts Foundation. These investments have evolved downtown Lancaster into a trend-setting community with more than 50 retail, restaurant and cultural establishments—an ideal place to do business.

“My goal was to create a safe urban renaissance hub for local families to congregate while enjoying various eateries, retail establishments, beautiful housing options, and year-round events within a walking-friendly downtown destination,” said Scott Ehrlich, Partner at InSite Development.
